DFD 208. Deviations

  1. A.
    Notification of Surrounding Property Owners

    Any request for a deviation from the provisions of the Code shall require notification as outlined in Ordinance Section 18.140.080 .

  2. B.
    Process and Standards

    The Governing Body may approve deviations, subsequent to receiving a recommendation from the Planning Commission, from the provisions of the Code pursuant to the standards outlined in Ordinance Section 18.150.070.H.
