SDS 4.15.1 Intent.
Signage shall be scaled appropriately to appeal to both pedestrians and vehicles.

SDS 4.15.3 Project Identification Signs.
Project signs for shopping centers shall not consist primarily of large, flat, backlit panels. These signs should blend multiple materials, three-dimensional elements, and creative lighting effects in a way that communicates effectively and complements the design of the development.
