18.360.405 Flood Insurance Rate Map

The Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) dated August 3, 2009, and subsequent letters of map change approved by the Floodplain Administrator are hereby adopted by the City as the official map of the City which delineates both the Special Flood Hazard Areas and the risk premium zones applicable to the City. The Director of Planning and Development Services shall retain the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) on file and have them available and open to inspection at all reasonable business hours.
