18.130.150 Filing Fees

Filing fees for all applications for permits and certificates of occupancy shall be fixed by the City Manager, pursuant to the Planning and Development Fee and Cost Recovery Policy as adopted by the Governing Body, and the City Manager or their designee may establish any and all policies or waivers related to the same.​​​​​​​ Copies of the current ​​​​​​​schedule of ​​​​​​​filing fees shall be on file in the offices of the City Clerk, the Director of Planning and Development Services and the Code Administrator.
