16.210 Stormwater Treatment

16.210.020  Definitions.

For the purposes of this Chapter, these words and phrases shall have the following meaning:

  1. V.
    Stormwater Treatment Facilities or Facilities means all structures, plantings, natural features, or other physical elements that are designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with this Ordinance and which are provided to prevent or reduce Stormwater Pollution or to control Stormwater runoff volume and discharges.
