16.210 Stormwater Treatment

16.210.020  Definitions.

For the purposes of this Chapter, these words and phrases shall have the following meaning:

    Applicant means a property owner or agent of a property owner who has filed an application for a permit that is subject to the requirements of this Ordinance.
