16.200 Erosion and Sediment Control

16.200.020  Definitions 

For the purposes of this Ordinance, the following terms, phrases, words and their derivations shall have the meaning given herein or as defined in Title 18:

  1. D.
    Director means the Director of Planning and Development Services Department or the Director’s authorized representative.
