13.55 MASTER FRANCHISE CODE

 

13.55.102 Definitions. 

For the purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given herein:

    Small Cell Facility Deployment Agreement shall have the same meaning as provided in K.S.A. 12-2001 et seq. (as may be amended).
