13.55 MASTER FRANCHISE CODE

 

13.55.102 Definitions. 

For the purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings given herein:

  1. B.
    City means the City of Overland Park, Kansas. Any reference to “within the City” shall mean within the corporate city limits of the City of Overland Park, Kansas.
