13.12.340 Administration.

1. A.
   The City Engineer is the principal City official for administration of Right-of-way Permits for work and excavations made in the Right-of-way. The City Engineer may delegate any or all of the duties hereunder.
2. B.
   The City Engineer is the principal City official responsible for administration of the registering of a Service Provider. The City Engineer may delegate any or all of the duties hereunder.
3. C.
   The City Engineer is hereby authorized to enact, update and revise a Manual of Infrastructure Standards to further regulate and set standards for work and structures in the Right-of-Way and inspection thereof. Such Standards shall be competitively neutral and not unreasonable or discriminatory. The City’s Manual of Infrastructure Standards is hereby incorporated by reference into this Chapter.  The City Clerk shall keep an up to date copy the City Clerk’s office.
