13.12 Construction on Rights-of-Way

13.12.320 Definitions.

For purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning given herein:

  1. S.
    Permittee means any Person to whom a Right-of-way Permit is issued to Excavate a Right-of-way.
