13.12 Construction on Rights-of-Way

13.12.320 Definitions.

For purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning given herein:

  1. G.
    Construct means and includes Construct, install, erect, build, affix or otherwise place any fixed Facility in, on, under, through or above the Right-of-way.
