13.12 Construction on Rights-of-Way

13.12.320 Definitions.

For purposes of this Chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the meaning given herein:

    Abandoned Facilities means those Facilities owned by the ROW-user that are not in use and will not be utilized by the owner in the future.
