6.04 Licensing and Registration of Dogs and Cats

6.04.070 Enumeration of Animals.

The City Council may require an annual enumeration of all dogs and cats owned within the City. The enumeration shall account for the number and ownership of all dogs and cats owned in the city and may be compared and corrected with the records of the county.
