5.75 Rental Licensing and Inspection
5.75.020 Definitions.
As used in this Chapter, the following terms shall have these prescribed meanings:
Rental Dwelling – A Dwelling, or portion of a Dwelling, designed for or used for human habitation and offered for Rent.
