5.51.140 Appeals.

Any and all appeals of administrative determinations, including interpretations and permit modifications for additional requirements, shall be taken by the affected person(s) to the Code Board of Appeals created pursuant to 16.100 and shall comply with the rules and procedures set forth for that Board. Provided, however, that the Code Board of Appeals shall have no authority to amend, modify, alter, or eliminate any condition imposed by the special use permit.
