5.51 Oil & Gas

5.51.030 Definitions.

The following terms as used in this chapter shall, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, have the respective meanings herein set forth. These definitions supplement those contained in Section 1.04.010.

To the extent that these definitions may conflict with those contained in 1.04.010, these definitions shall control:

  1. 29.
    Maintenance- Shall mean the repair and replacement of the parts of a structure to retain the designed safety and effectiveness of the structure and including those activities which are both routine and non-routine, that when performed will minimize the risk of any health, safety, or environmental hazards or nuisances being created.
