5.51 Oil & Gas

5.51.030 Definitions.

The following terms as used in this chapter shall, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, have the respective meanings herein set forth. These definitions supplement those contained in Section 1.04.010.

To the extent that these definitions may conflict with those contained in 1.04.010, these definitions shall control:

    Code Board of Appeals- Shall mean the Board of Appeals as set forth in the City’s adopted edition of the International Building Code as found in O.P.M.C. 16.100.100.
