5.50 Massage Therapy

5.50.560 Transfer of Licenses; Other Licenses and Fees.

  1. A.
    No massage establishment or in-office massage business, or massage therapist licenses are transferable and such authority as a license confers shall be conferred only on the licensee named therein.
  2. B.
    Any applications made, fees paid, and licenses obtained under the provisions of this Chapter shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other fees, permits, or licenses required to be paid or obtained under any other ordinances of this City.
