5.48 Alcoholic Liquor1

5.48.010 Definitions.

As used in this Chapter, the words and phrases defined in this section shall have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires:

    Nonbeverage User means a person that purchases alcohol or wine from a licensed manufacturer or distributor to be used solely for the following nonbeverage purposes: patent and proprietary medicines and medicinal, antiseptic and toilet preparations; flavoring extracts and syrups and food products; scientific, industrial and chemical products; or scientific, chemical, experimental or mechanical purposes.
