5.16 Christmas Tree Sales1

5.16.020 Issuance of Permit - Zones Allowed.

This city clerk shall issue permits for the sale of Christmas trees, provided the sites for which applications are made are zoned for one of the following uses: C-O, C-P, C-1, C-2, C-3, M-1 or M-2. Before issuing any such permits, the city clerk shall determine whether adequate parking is available for the respective sites.
