5.12 Cereal Malt Beverages1

5.12.010 Definitions.

As used in this Chapter, the words and phrases defined in this Section shall have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires.

    Non-alcoholic Malt Beverage means a beverage containing less than 0.5% alcohol by volume obtained by alcohol fermentation of an infusion or concoction of barley, or other grain, malt and hops in water and includes beer, ale, stout, lager beer, porter and similar beverages having such alcoholic content. (See K.S.A. 41-343)
