5.12 Cereal Malt Beverages1

5.12.010 Definitions.

As used in this Chapter, the words and phrases defined in this Section shall have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires.

  1. C.
    Alcoholic liquor means Alcohol, Spirits, Wine, Beer, Alcoholic Candy, and every liquid or solid, patented or not, containing Alcohol, Spirits, Wine, or Beer and capable of being consumed by a human being, but shall not include any Cereal Malt Beverage. (See K.S.A. 41-102(c))
