2.14.090 Protest Petition.

In the event a protest petition is filed as provided for by K.S.A. 12-1789, the voting system shall be one vote per each Business assessed, except ownership of unoccupied real estate which shall have one vote per separate location. Separate location shall be defined as each individual building with unoccupied real estate.
