The goal/intent is ‘human scale’ for the Street-Space. The objective requirements of the Complete and Discrete Facade Composition section of this Code regulate and ensure that scalar break-down. “Façade Composition” is the arrangement and proportion of facade materials and elements (windows, doors, columns, pilasters, materials, bays). “Complete and Discrete” is much like the Façade of a new building.
