MUDS 5.2.1 Intent.

To ensure flexibility and promote variety, minimum and maximum lot sizes should be specified by sub-zone.

Standard:

MUDS 5.2.2 Lot Size.

Lot size shall be regulated according to the following table. Lot width shall be measured at the lot line.

Core No Restrictions
Center 100’ max.
General Attached Structures 16’ min.
Detached Structures 25’ min.
Edge 25-50% of the total number of Edge Lots not less than 25’;
not greater than 45’
25-50% of the total number of Edge Lots greater than 45’;
not greater than 60’
15-35% of the total number of Edge Lots greater than 60’
