ADS 5.20 Building Material Incentives

ADS 5.20.1 Intent.
A development that uses high quality materials should receive a density bonus.
Incentive.
ADS 5.20.2 100% Masonry.
The city may reward up to a 20% increase in maximum density for the use of high-quality masonry materials according to the following table.

ADS 5.20.3 Slate or Tile Roofs.
The city may reward up to a twenty percent (20%) increase in maximum density for the use of slate, clay tile, or concrete tile on all building roofs.
