ADS 5.2.1 Intent.

Apartment buildings designed to look like large houses impart a sense of individuality to their separate units and make a development look like a neighborhood of large homes.

ADS 5.2.2 Standard.

A building’s modulation, articulation, details, and materials should be arranged to give the building the appearance of a large single-family detached home.
