Applicable Architectural Design Standards for Commercial, Mixed-Use, and Civic Buildings.
ADS 3.5.1 Mixed-Use, Live/Work, Commercial Buildings, & Civic Buildings.

The following standards shall apply to Mixed-Use Buildings, Live/Work Buildings, and Commercial Buildings as defined by the Architectural Design Standards. The following standards shall apply to Civic Buildings located in a Mixed-Use District (MXD) as defined by the Architectural Design Standards; Civic Buildings located in other zoning districts shall not be required to adhere to these standards.
