18.395 Communications Facilities

18.395.020 Definitions

For purpose of this Chapter, and where consistent with the context of a specific Section, the defined terms, phrases, words and abbreviations and their derivations shall have the meanings given in this Section.

Eligible Facilities Request means any request for Modification of an Existing Tower, Base Station, or any other structure qualifying as an eligible facility under federal law, that does not Substantially Change (see definition) the physical dimensions of such Tower or Base Station, involving:

1. Collocation of new Transmission Equipment;

2. Removal of Transmission Equipment; or

3. Replacement of Transmission Equipment.
