18.375.020 Statement of Use

 

  1. A.
    The Pilot Program shall extend through June 30, 2027. The Pilot Program authorizes the Planning and Development Services Department to accept up to 6 Portfolio Home Development Projects and 6 Portfolio Home Development Lots. Proposals sponsored by public entities are allowed without limitation and will not be counted against the initial Pilot Program.
  2. B.
    The City Council may extend either the date or the number of applications of the Pilot Program by City Resolution.
  3. C.
    All Pilot Program development approvals will expire within 3 years of approval if not built.
