18.360 Floodplain Management Ordinance
18.360.410 Definitions
Unless specifically defined below, words or phrases used in this Chapter shall be interpreted so as to give them the same meaning they have in common usage and to give this Chapter its most reasonable application.
State Coordinating Agency means the Division of Water Resources, Kansas Department of Agriculture, or other office designated by the governor of the Kansas or by state statute at the request of the Federal Insurance Administrator to assist in the implementation of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) in that state.
