18.350 MHP Mobile Home Park District

18.350.040 Area and Setback Requirements

  1. A.
    All mobile home parks shall have a site area of at least 40 acres.
  2. B.
    Density of mobile home parks shall be not greater than five units per acre.
  3. C.
    All units shall be set back a minimum of 30 feet from the boundary line of the mobile home park and from the right-of-way line of any public street.
  4. D.
    The minimum width of each mobile home space shall be 50 feet.
  5. E.
    The minimum depth of each mobile home space shall be 100 feet.
