18.290 BP Business Park District

18.290.020 Permitted Uses

No building, structure, land or premises shall be used, and no building or structure shall hereafter be erected, constructed, reconstructed, moved or altered, except for one or more of the following uses, subject to the development and performance standards set forth in Section 18.290.050:

  1. A.
    Any use permitted in District C-0 subject to the applicable development and performance standards.
  2. B.
    Display or catalog showrooms.
  3. C.
    Manufacturing, processing, fabricating or assembling of any commodity except junk or salvage.
  4. D.
    Warehousing, wholesaling or storage of any commodity except junk or salvage.
  5. E.
    Laboratories.
  6. F.
    Printing and publishing.
  7. G.
    Photographic processing facilities.
  8. H.
    Radio and television broadcasting stations.
  9. I.
    Motion picture production and distribution.
  10. J.
    Building and construction contractor services, including display areas.
  11. K.
    Veterinary hospitals and clinics.
  12. L.
    Colleges and universities.
  13. M.
    Business and trade schools.
  14. N.
    Preschools and day care centers.
  15. O.
    Public parks, playgrounds and recreation areas.
  16. P.
    Public or private golf courses, tennis or other courts and swimming pools.
  17. Q.
    Convention centers.
  18. R.
    Auditoriums and conference facilities.
  19. S.
    Commercial pick-up and delivery services.
  20. T.
    Health or exercise clubs.
  21. U.
    Restaurants, not including drive-up or drive-through service.
  22. V.
    Furniture and home furnishings.
  23. W.
    Carpet and floor coverings.
  24. X.
    Paint and wallpaper.
  25. Y.
    Plumbing and electrical supplies.
  26. Z.
    Art galleries and studios.
  27. AA.
    Gymnastic and dance studios.
  28. BB.
    Research establishments of industrial, medical or scientific nature.
  29. CC.
    Sales and installation of cellular phones, stereos, radios and similar electronic equipment for vehicles.
  30. DD.
    The following uses are permitted provided the sales and display floor area shall not exceed 25% of the gross floor area of the main use, and in no event shall such areas exceed 7,500 square feet.

      Sales of commodities manufactured, processed, fabricated, assembled, warehoused or stored on the premises.
    2. 2.
      Business machines or office supplies; sales and repair.
    3. 3.
      Appliances; sales and repair.
    4. 4.
      Electronics; sales and repair.
  31. EE.
    Post offices and Public Utility Administrative Offices.
