13.55.112 Failure to Enforce. 

The failure of the City to insist upon the strict adherence to the requirements of this Chapter or of any Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or relinquishment for the future of the rights of the City to enforce this Chapter or any Agreement or any term or provision thereof.
