13.55.106 Nature of Rights Granted by Any Agreement.

Agreements shall not convey title, equitable or legal, in the Right-of-way or any other public property, but shall give only the right to occupy the Right-of-way for the purposes and period stated within the Agreement. No Agreement shall grant the right to use Facilities owned or controlled by the City or a third-party, without the specific written consent of such party, nor shall an Agreement excuse a Grantee from the requirement to obtain an access, attachment, or Small Cell Facility Deployment agreements before locating its Facilities on the Facilities owned or controlled by the City or a third-party. Any Agreement granted by the City shall be nonexclusive.
