13.50.070 Compliance With Laws.

To the extent not inconsistent with Code Section 13.50.110(e), in performing activities and exercising its rights and obligations under any Franchise, Franchisees shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations and policies, including, but not limited to, all laws, ordinances, regulations and policies relating to construction and use of public property.
