13.12.590 Force Majeure.

Each and every provision hereof shall be reasonably subject to acts of God, fires, strikes, riots, floods, earthquake, acts of terrorism, war, endemic, epidemic, pandemic or other public health emergency, and other disasters or circumstances beyond the ROW-user’s or the City’s control.
