10.06 Golf Courses

10.06.060 Making and Enforcing Rules and Regulations, Definitions, and Procedures - Posting.

The Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to make and enforce the following:

    Golf Course Rules and Regulations
  2. 2.
    Rules and Regulations for Riding Carts and Pullcarts
  3. 3.
    Definitions
  4. 4.
    Golf Course Operating Procedures
  5. 5.
    Procedure for High School and College Golf Team Competition
  6. 6.
    Procedure for Tournament and League Competition
  7. 7.
    Procedure for Tournament and League Competition by the Overland Park and St. Andrews Golf Associations

The Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to make and enforce any additions or changes to the above Rules and Regulations, Definitions, or Procedures as may be necessary for the management and operation of the golf courses. Copies of all the above Rules and Regulations, Definitions, and Procedures shall be posted in conspicuous places about the golf course clubhouse as may be determined by the Director of Parks and Recreation.
