7.28 Immediate Hazards

7.28.010 Definitions.

The following words and phrases when used in this chapter, shall, for the purpose of this chapter, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:

    Enforcing officer means any two of the following officials:

      City Attorney

      Assistant City Attorney
    4. 4.
      Chief of Police
    5. 5.
      Lieutenant Colonel of Police
    6. 6.
      Director of Planning and Development Services
    7. 7.
      Code Administrator
    8. 8.
      Environmental Health Officer
    9. 9.
      Director of Public Works
    10. 10.
      City Engineer
    11. 11.
      Fire Chief
