5.75 Rental Licensing and Inspection

5.75.020 Definitions.

As used in this Chapter, the following terms shall have these prescribed meanings:

Rent – Payments of cash or other forms of consideration made periodically by an Occupant to an Owner, Owner’s Agent or Manager in return for the use of a Rental Dwelling.
