5.70 Transient Merchants1

    See also the Transient Merchant Licensing Act at K.S.A. 19.2231 et seq. (as may be amended) for statutory provisions regarding the licensing and regulation of transient merchants by the State and County.

5.70.080 Display of License.

A licensee shall be required to display the license while any business or activities pursuant to the license are being conducted. The license shall be posted in plain view to all Persons, including law enforcement officers.
