5.51.090 Existing Wells.

Any lawful nonconforming well within the City as of the date of passage of this ordinance or amendments thereto, or of any well hereafter annexed within the City limits, may continue under Title 18 of the Code as nonconforming use provided; however, such use shall to the extent practical, comply with this chapter, except when compliance would be impossible.
