5.12 Cereal Malt Beverages1

5.12.010 Definitions.

As used in this Chapter, the words and phrases defined in this Section shall have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires.

    Limited Retailer is a Person who has a license to sell Cereal Malt Beverages, Low-Alcohol Beer and Non-alcoholic Malt Beverages at retail only in original and unopened containers and not for consumption on the premises. (See K.S.A. 41-344 and K.S.A. 41-2701(e))
