5.08 Amusement Enterprises
5.08.001 Definitions.
As used in this chapter, the words and phrases defined in this section shall have the following meanings, unless the context otherwise requires.
- A.Carnival shall be defined as a traveling enterprise offering amusement activities, mechanical and/or electrical rides, booths for the conduct of games of skill, or sideshows.
