2.63.040 Insurance.

Any person when receiving the allowance provided by 2.63.010 shall furnish to the City satisfactory evidence that he has insured the City against liability in the use of such vehicle for the claims and in the amounts set forth in K.S.A. 1971 Supp. 12-2608, and amendments thereto. The additional expense of such insurance and emergency vehicle insurance shall be paid by the City.
