2.33.370 Complaint and Notice to Appear in Municipal Court.

In all cases a complaint and notice to appear in municipal court may be made in the form of a complaint and notice to appear which shall be deemed sufficient if it contains the information listed in subsection (b) of K.S.A. 8-2106, and amendments thereto; provided, the complaint and notice to appear may exclude any information about vehicles, hazardous materials, and licenses that is not relevant to the ordinance violation being charged.
