2.33 Municipal Court

 

2.33.300 Schedule of Costs and Fees.

  1. A.
    The schedule of costs and fees for the administration of justice in the municipal court may be established by resolution.
  2. B.
    Costs and fees shall be assessed as required by state statutes.
  3. C.
    Additional court costs and fees may be assessed by the municipal court for any lawful purpose.
  4. D.
    Such costs and fees shall be assessed as part of the judgment and shall be collected by the municipal court.
  5. E.
    The costs and fees assessed pursuant to this section shall be in addition to the fine imposed.
