18.400 Right-of-way and Easement Exaction Process
18.400.020 Definitions
For the sole purposes of this Chapter, the following definitions shall apply:
- D.Right-of-way means the land area required by the City to construct and maintain a thoroughfare; including any associated improvements such as street lights, traffic signals, sidewalks and bike-hike trails; and to provide areas for public utilities to place their equipment and transmission lines. Right-of-way does not include the land within the premises of a temporary construction easement.
