Title 18 - Unified Development Ordinance

18.377.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this Chapter is to promote the construction of new single-family residences, as set forth by Kansas Statute.² For the purposes of this Chapter, “single-family residential” shall mean a building arranged, intended or designed for occupancy by one family.
